Who is here that wait so long to get Visa for any reason

Hello Guy's I post this question just to give me strength and get an Inspiration from you who been waiting for so long to get the Visa, Its like How many months or years you been waiting but at the end you and your fiance/fiancee live together, Me I had my Interview last Nov, 2008 and need to submit the new stating Income of my fiance but since my fiance undergo a major operation after my Interview and be in bed for a couple of months and still in recovery until this moment and I know how much he want to be OK so he can go looking for job. This waiting is really stressing to Us. God knows how much we miss each other and I want to be with my fiance so much and sometimes I think that waiting is like forever, and sometimes feel jealous to those who have the same time line of mine and already be in there love ones and Married, Sorry guy's if open up this I am just really frustrated, I just need advice from you to enlighten my spirit, I Know that even he find a job we still have to wait because we under AR, and we have no Idea how long to wait again so No assurance when I gonna get my Visa, So any one of you having hard times getting visa what is your story and how long you have to wait, Just wanna know that I am not the one who's in this situation,,,.. Thank you in advance for reply and I really appreciate to those who post there Visa journey

09/23/2010 - Receive Text and Email

09/27/2010 - Receive Hard Copy in the Mail (EAD,AP,AOS)

10/13/2010 - RFE on my I-485( waiting the letter on the mail )

10/18/2010 - Biometrics Appointment (touch AOS, EAD at the same day )

10/22/2010 - Sent RFE

10/26/2010 - Touch ( received RFE Under review )

Hi mypapabear. Im sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your visa and that your case is still under AR. I hope and pray that your fiance will be well soon so he can get another job and he will be able to submit his employment letter. Just hang in there... keep believing and keep praying. I know how it feels to wait like forever... just be happy no matter what and keep your mind positive.

Try to call the US embassy or ask your fiance if he can call US embassy to check the status of your case and maybe he can send a letter to the embassy and let them know about his situation, who knows the consul will give you consideration. Just be truthful and trust God and He will do the rest. Smile, soon you will be with your sweetheart. God bless you. Hope this made you feel a lot better.

I don't know when you started your journey but I filed for the K1 in Nov 2007 and we are still apart with no permanent reunion in sight. My story is that the interviewing officer wanted details of my work which is classified so because he didn't know she returned the petition.

First visit:2007-09-12 to 2008-09-23

I-129F Sent : 2007-11-24

I-129F NOA1 : 2007-11-30

I-129F NOA2 : 2008-03-31

NVC Received : 2008-04-21

NVC Left : 2008-04-23

Consulate Received : 2008-04-28

Packet 3 Received : 2008-05-20

Interivew date : 2008-08-07 CO asks inappropraite questions

His father died: 2008-08-18

Retain Marc Ellis 2008-09

Visited Nigeria again: 2008-11-12

petitioned returned to CSC :2008-11-27

returned to USA 2008-12-13

His father buried 2009-01-03

picks up K1 visa Nov 2009

Marriage Dec 2009

take throne as Igwe /Lolo 2010 or 2011

I would think a simple call from DOD to DOS and they would have fixed you up....

Hello Pinkria thank you for the message and yes that would help me,.we use to wait before to our case and my case is still no progress I am so much happy for you that you already with your husband now,, We already ask the help of the senator and waiting to hear from them I hope next time we hear from them is have some good news, with this process I learned to extend my patience and believe that one day it will be end and be with my loving fiance and start to have a family, thank you again,.. me too, i don't know what to do, becouse i have the same like you, im waiting, i had the interview 01-14-2009 and they said your case will return to the uscis for further adjiducation and please alow a several weeks , im still waiting , plz, tell me what i can to do decouse i missed my fiancee so much and i need to be with her .take care and wish to hear from you as soon as possible .
