Hi MsLadyD!! (waving)

I see...well you better hurry up...most rooms are almost gone for ATI. We went through Negrilonestop and Susan said Bar-B-Barn is their only property with rooms left.

Sus, only evenlopes can be tracked when they are sent priority mail International. So I don't think you can track a priority box.

Yes, you can. I sent the large box. Believe it's stuck in Jamaican customs.

this is exactly..what happened to me...stuck for 3wks

Trelawny, I am glad that your baby is feeling much better. This virus have been running it's course among all of the young kids. It's better that he is running amuck than for him to be down and out feeling bad.

I asked this in a different forum on VJ but wanted to ask you guys for your opinions also....

On the DS-156 question #37 it asks: Are any of the follwoing persons in the US or do they have US Legal Permanent Reseidence or US Citizenship? Mark Yes or No and indicate that person's status in the US (ie US legal permanent resident, US. Citizen, studying, working etc)

My SO has his interview on March 20th and I am working on filling out this form for him.

Here is the situation...my SO mother came to the US on a work visa....she did over stay and has gotten married. She is in the process of having her husband file her I-130 and I-485 so I know I should mark Yes that his mother is in the US but then what do I put for her status?

Any help would be great.

I would mark 'yes' for his mother but even put UNKNOWN under the status part. That's what I had to do for my SOs father since we know he's somewhere in the U.S. but not sure where or what his status is since he doesn't really have any contact with his father. You could explain at the interview that you wanted to be honest with the information that you had but you didn't have all of the info and were unable to get it. That's what we're gonna have to do if it comes up.
