~10-01-08 - NVC processed petition

~10-03-08 - Packet 3 mailed

~10-15-08 - Packet 3 dropped off at embassy

~11-21-08 - Interview!

~11-21-2008- VISA APPROVED!!!

~12-9-08 - arrived-POE JFK

married on ~2-27-09-

~4-21-09 Biometrics appt

~7/24/09 = GC approved pending completed vaccination record.

~8/27/09 = provided an updated vaccination record (hubby had to get another shot)

~9/08/09 = GC in Hand (360 days from filing k1)

Morning Ladies;

Sus you feel better

Ryon (damn 2 hours) -- how come you had a list did they ask you for that in customs or you had it with you. I've had my wars with customs, theydon't bother me anymore...I usually go for secondary inspection or end up in a tiny rass room for 20mins...they always mess with me in Baltimore because I travel so much, they strangest question I've ever gotten was "how come...YOU DON'T HAVE A JAMAICAN ACCENT", so I answered, ow mi fi know dat, if u wah mi fi ave accent mi we ave one...end of inspection.

I travel a lot because that is my home, after 3 trips in a row they start with the harrassment. Last April I cut my trip short by 1 week because my sister was in the hospital. I was in Mobay when my mom called me and I was on the 4:45 flight into Baltimore, all I had was my purse and they questioned me over and over again because I didn't have any luggage. I explained to them that my sister is in the ER and I just left and their like "just like that"...I just asked, may I leave now and started crying and told them I don't have anytime for their BS.

hey! Girl- I was running around trying to get everything situated. I have only been home one night in over a week

Before I went to "JA I left my house in a hot mess, then got back at midnight before I had to go to work andleft all my luggage in the living room

I had about 7 loads of laundry to do then I left straight from work to go to an out of town conference

so... yeah. I cleaned and laundered all night then passed out. haha

but I did wake up earlier this morning

So, to update on the rat story - It was in Mothers -

Eeek!! Which one??? There is one down by Sandcastles and another right in the middle of town. I eat the at one by Sandcastles!! Eeek.

Just wanted to drop by to say hi! It's been a minute since I've been in this thread -- life (or should I say work) has been busy. A and I got our NOA2 yesterday and I'm so excited :dance: -- it only took 4 months. I was expecting longer since VSC was moving so slow, but looks like they are picking up the pace now. I need to read up on the guides this weekend and see what we need to be doing next!
