Q..it's always 125% unless ur in the military or live in certain states...

okay kimmy,.. im reading that the I 864 requires 125% and the I 134 requires 100% but i guess the JA consulate wants 125 for both huh???

 i have a small business that took a DRASTIC loss only in 2008..2006 and 07 was WELL over the limits but 2008 CHA.. with my research, if worse comes to worse i would be ok for the K1 if they look at 100% on the I134, but now i see jamaica doesn't care which one u file its the 125%..

any thoughts about if the other years might outweigh this last year??

well one is bigger than the other. i did an ultrasound last week friday cause i was spotting and the u/s look like i have a subchrionic hematoma. well i did it again today and they found that the hematoma was actually a sac with another fetus. so one is 6 and a half and the other is 7 weeks. man when that damn doctor said i am at the risk for a miscarriage i was very nervous but my ob/gyn told me that a hematoma is common and it turn out not to be that.those dam general practitioners just love to scare people.
