O.k. I think I'm about to lose my mind. I'm at home and Island Soul is on where they are playing nothing but dancehall videos!!!! Seeing the water, sun and the people dancing I feel like I'm going crazy!!! Yes I got into it with my So yesterday ( a normally) so of course I'm thinking about not going on May (this will happen about 50 more times) but after seeing these videos I'm like oh I'm out of here!!!!! As a matter of fact I’m ready to leave now...

Oh the reason why me and my SO got into is because I want to go back to JA for his birthday. Memba he has never really celebrated his birthday before. Well after all my hard work and planning I have our day down to a science. I figured I would arrive we can go to his house and ummm unpack then we can drive to Negril and go check out Rick's Cafe, Jenny's Cakes, have dinner and then party the night away. Well he tells me yesterday that is not what he wants to do. He said he wants me to come and we'll go grocery shopping and then back to his house so he can cook us dinner we'll sip some red wine and stay in the house the rest of the day. He said for his birthday he wants to just relax.. Exxxxxxxxcuse me?? You want me to fly where to do what??? Did you say sit in the house?? Weh yuh sey?? Go again?? I know you don’t think I 'm traveling 3,000 + miles to sit in yuh yaad. Are you serious?? So I fixed my face and I was like Rock I'm not sitting in your house on your birthday. I told him the point of celebrating your birthday is to go OUT and celebrate it. I told him we can sit in the house another day. He was like well why cant we do what you have planned the other days? Why can't we do that on Monday? Cuz Monday is not your birthdy eediat!!!! Who wants to cook on their birthday?? Me he seys. He was like its my birthday and we should so what I want to do we did what you wanted to do on yours so now its my turn plus why waste all that money on dinner when I can just cook. Ugh its my money and if I want to spend it on dinner so what its my treat. He was like see its always about you all the time. No but who wants to go to JA and sit in the house!!! He was like you'll be here a week we'll have plenty of time to go out. So I replied you know what maybe I wont come then...

ALRIGHT portland.. i love love love kinky twists.. just not the $200 it costs to get them..soon as i get str8.. i am gonna get some too tho, i need to step up my game in maintaining my hair.. i use a shea butter moisturizer and olive oil, but i hardly ever condition which i hear is a no no...

I had them done once before, but I dont remember how much they cost, but I know it wasnt any where close to that. So when I decide to get my hair done and I have been asking around everyone was telling me 180 I am like dam. I used to get my micos done in Harlem for 120 and they were really small so I was not about to pay that much for some kinky twist. So I went on craigslist and found some that will do it for half that price.

Hey everyone.

I had another medical procedure yesterday, and I am in so much pain right now. I'm back to the point of not being able to lift my head up when I lay down. Last night, I thought I was going to suffocate in the pillow because I couldn't get up to use the restroom. I cried and screamed during the entire procedure even though they gave me pain meds in my IV to help ease it somewhat. I wanted to give up so bad yesterday, then I read KayCee's recent post. I'm not facing anything in comparison.

I was trying to catch up but can't remember what I read now. Sorry guys. Hope all is well today for everyone.
