dyam jengy..well do the dyam thing then.. HOT!!!

im mad that u know all these ways to put up pics.. i have to give up after trying the same dyam thing over and over..

im cosigning on somebody that mentioned decreasing sugar intake for ur diet.. i too haven't exercised at all (but i will one day lol), but have lost inches due to just cutting out sodas and sweets, and eating more vegetables and fiber..i don't weigh myself.. but when u get compliments and clothes fit different thats enough for me..

jengy.. its wonderful to hear from u.. i can't see the pics either at work, but CONGRATS.. how r the boys doing??

kcoy.. i am doing a praise dance w/ u  my half brother had an inoperable brain tumor when we (yes we, daddy was a mess) were about 25 yrs old.. his face was swollen on one side and his speech stunted. LIKE u said girl, the drs are great, but are not the last say..GOD had a different plan.. he was released from the hospital cancer free within weeks, fasting and prayer was our daily regimen and i will never forget that when God says its time, it is, but UNTIL he says it, we are just a miracle in the WORKS!

never happened to me but someone else. She broadcast her whole business to someone and now shes paying for it

Morning Yardies!

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. He stayed the night there and this morning is working on the police certificate before heading back. Then he'll have to make the trip next week to pick it up. I know he feels like he just went on a major journey. Poor baby, last night he was almost feeling defeated cause of his car trouble but I told him that one good thing happened (the embassy trip) and that next we wait for our interview date....at least that made him happy!

Morning all!

Ells, isn't the form that is in packet 3 the DS-230? Maybe he's confused - under normal situations (which we all know this process is not, lol) he would have gotten the packet 3 in the mail, filled out the DS-230 and returned it, then been scheduled for the interview - you shortcut that by having the DS230 already

It probably is....there was definitely some confusion there. I told him we'll worry about it when he gets home and someone can help him with it and read it to me. I'm still surprised that he ended up seeing the whole interview process while dropping off his form!

((((Ells)))))

I am so glad he made it and all went well.

Go easy on him girl, he must feel like he's climbed mountains at this point.

You both must (F)

Thanks Princess! He was BEAT yesterday....it was a mixture of feeling totally beat down and triumphant at the same time. If I was there, I would've had to hug him. He is really learning a lot with all this, I know that much!

morning ladies,

as yall know my computer got sick on yesterday, my work computer that is with some damn virus and after the I.T. Guy got done performing surgery on it, he put some type of ish on it, to track my net usage, DAMN HIM so my time is limited on VJ< i also havent replaced my last laptop that got stolen, yet so life sucks right now, cause im a net addict... anyhoo guess i will go get some work done... chat later!

I know the feeling Honey.....I hope you can remedy that soon! :(

Morning my Jamaican peeps. Hi KK, sus and Trelawny Parish; how you all doing? Great news from the doctor on my husband's condition. Stan did a CT Scan on his brain and other organs to check the status of the cancer and the doctor told us that his organs looked ok and that the cancer has SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASED. I wanted to laugh, dance, jump, cry, hug my husband, kick the doctor out of the room so that I can scream etc. People, that is great news for us; you see, the doctor had to reduce the dosage of one of Stan's chemo drug as he wasn't tolerating it well and that should delay the process of healing. I can't get into it right now but we know that this is God showing us that he can work regardless of the situation or the circumstances because he doesn't need medicine in order to heal. I believe that he is just saying "hey I am the God of all impossibilities." The doctor told me last year that seeing Stan is in the last stage and on a clinical trial they are really just trying to prolong his life.Well God told me differently and i am choosing to believe God. I got the same report when I was diagnosed in 2004 and here I am today, CANCER FREE. He didnt even think that Stan would have made it last December after many clots traveled to his lungs but miraculously the clots shrink in size just 13 days later when he did a CT Scan. The doctor could not understand it.. but we did

WONDERFUL news KayCee! I know we'll all keep you guys in our prayers! (L)

Wow JaEnglish! You look FABULOUS! And I can see how much that adorable baby looks like you in those pics!

Philly - Is grange hill near Lucea? I've heard of that place before.

grane hill is in Westmoreland, I have a lot of family there.

Grange Hill is where I go to the doctor if I need one. That office was a godsend when I had a bladder infection! Was that TMI?? :P

Hey Quanna

1Luv whats going on with FB I'm new to it and love it, should we make our profiles private?

I THINK THAT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA

Just FYI - you can put people in 'groups' and sort out who can access what info in your profile. You can pick a group and make it where they can't see your personal info. This works if you don't know some people very well and don't want them having your info. You can make a group like 'FB Friends' and put people you don't know so well in that group. If you trust the people you add and feel safe then you can leave it be.
