Yeah the sits ups kill me!! I wear leg weights to tone during the day that helps alot. Hubby and I are trying to get pregnant but I will continue to exercise during the pregnancy I have worked too hard to go back now! I was a 48DDD before the 60lbs and now I am only a 46DDD so the jugs aren't going anywhere LOL

Oh okay. I haven't seen any afros as cute as yours but I'm going to keep looking. My husband (ha I love writing that) is the first guy I've been with that didn't mind all my experiment looks. Lately, I've been the "pony-tail queen" but I've tried the quick weaves and full wigs before. If I'm lazy enough he just picks it up and puts it away after I throw it off. Sometimes he'll watch me put on a pony tail and be like "Honey it seem like it want more gel". I just crack up in my mind.

KK its way past Lucea it's actually closer to Negril its about a 25-30 minute ride

I want surgery ASAP LOL. I am working on the back fat rolls that is my primary focus, I lost one I have 1 to go LMAO!

I need to do some sit ups, my belly is a little wobbly lol!

My sis was saying that this is probably the last time I'll be able to get away with what I have, in future she thinks I'll have excess skin etc....No more kids for me, so this is last time I'll ever have to do this I hope...

Morning my Jamaican peeps. Hi KK, sus and Trelawny Parish; how you all doing? Great news from the doctor on my husband's condition. Stan did a CT Scan on his brain and other organs to check the status of the cancer and the doctor told us that his organs looked ok and that the cancer has SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASED. I wanted to laugh, dance, jump, cry, hug my husband, kick the doctor out of the room so that I can scream etc. People, that is great news for us; you see, the doctor had to reduce the dosage of one of Stan's chemo drug as he wasn't tolerating it well and that should delay the process of healing. I can't get into it right now but we know that this is God showing us that he can work regardless of the situation or the circumstances because he doesn't need medicine in order to heal. I believe that he is just saying "hey I am the God of all impossibilities." The doctor told me last year that seeing Stan is in the last stage and on a clinical trial they are really just trying to prolong his life.Well God told me differently and i am choosing to believe God. I got the same report when I was diagnosed in 2004 and here I am today, CANCER FREE. He didnt even think that Stan would have made it last December after many clots traveled to his lungs but miraculously the clots shrink in size just 13 days later when he did a CT Scan. The doctor could not understand it.. but we did

kcoy.. i am doing a praise dance w/ u my half brother had an inoperable brain tumor when we (yes we, daddy was a mess) were about 25 yrs old.. his face was swollen on one side and his speech stunted. LIKE u said girl, the drs are great, but are not the last say..GOD had a different plan.. he was released from the hospital cancer free within weeks, fasting and prayer was our daily regimen and i will never forget that when God says its time, it is, but UNTIL he says it, we are just a miracle in the WORKS!

What! How come we don't have any state holidays in Texas! Where I work, we don't get off for anything (no MLK, no Easter) from New Year's to Memorial Day. That's a rough stretch of no holidays. I was able to overcome the tediousness of work, though, by booking 3 trips to Jamaica during that time, and a trip to Pittsburg.
