hopefully tomorrow will be a better day ()

No problem. Hi everybody. I'm trying to catch up :reading:

Wakey - good luck to you and hubby. One of my bellydancing classmates found out she was pregnant last weekend. She and her husband tried for 20+ years. It was so emotional...we cried for hours :crying: The class actually did some kind of strange infertility tribal dance around her a few weeks ago....then she popped up pregnant

I'll be there tonight for my tribal dance.. send me the address...lmao.. no seriously that is amazing and wonderful news I'm sure they are so excited!!

Intimacy, like charity, begins at home. If we cannot be intimate with ourselves, we have no way to bring to intimacy with another person.

Intimacy with ourselves takes time. We need time for rest, time for walks, time for quiet, and time to tune into to ourselves. We cannot completely fill up our lives with activities and become intimate with ourselves. Nor can we just sit quietly indefinitely and become intimate with ourselves. We have to have the time and energy to be our lives and to do our live in order to establish and intimate relationship with ourselves.

Surprisingly, as we become intimate with ourselves, we discover our connection with others

Yes, they don't want to pay a claim, because they said it was cosmestic, I'm like what are you talking about. It was to replace a crown.

I always warn my friends before class...watch out...you might end up pregnant. The last two years...more than half of the class got pregnant...most were not trying

Ellis - cute dresses.

Ya know, it seems crazy but there really might be something to these ancient rituals. If nothing else, maybe it provides a sort of placebo effect and the person feels like something worked so the body starts working!

You know honey must of us have been battling the budge for a minute now.. I was just readding up on how hormone imbalance can affect it. I did a questionaire that says my imbalance may be ovary. Has anyone else had your hormones checked before? I was looking at this site http://www.hormoneworkshop.info/four-body-types.html because I'm having awful night sweats lately.

This is sooo coincidental. My good girlfriend was over last night and we were having what she called 'the best pina coladas' she ever had (thank you Cocomania!) and catching up since we hadn't seen eachother for a little while. She brought this book up last night or if not this one, something very similar. Weird. She thinks I might have an imbalance in my system but I'm sorry, I'm not about to cut out bread!

trust me ells im outta control

 Believe me, I know the feeling!
