We made in back to NC alright, didnt get home until 4am since we stop at some of the outlets along the way... Today is my hubby bday and I wanted to have a bbq or something for him but lord know I am too tired. So we just going out to dinner.

He just got home from the hospital I think... He said he did not know if the cab driver made it...

He could not talk long and I can't get a hold of his sister

JAprincess I am sorry to hear this I truly hope he will be ok. I know you are a bag of nerves right now but you have to strong for him. Oh my goodness I am really sorry, you must feel helpless right now being so far away. I now you want to jump on a plane right now because I would do the same thing but just think long and hard before you make your decision . Have you heard any updates regarding his condition? I will keep you in my prayers.

Princess I am so sorry to hear - it's very very hard when you are so far. I know you want to rush and be by his side, but you have to take a deep breathe and wait on him - trust me, many of us have been there, done it - When DJ got jumped, I dealt with phone calls of him sobbing in the back of the ambulance, telling me he couldn't see - at a time when I had just had surgery and couldn't fly. I know how upsetting it is, how stressful - but he was able to call you and tell you, he is okay - I am sure he's sore and banged up, but try to stay positive - Spending the money to fly there will not help, you will be there soon.

Stay strong, I know it's hard.

back in November I took vacation and it was Ryon's first vacation, we spent 8 days together. you can really get to know a person in 8 days and 4 walls!

I will post this somewhere else on the forum once I figure out where and how....but until then.....

Q: Has anyone ever used assests or heard of anyone using assests for the Affidavid of Support? I see that it is an option as well as using a sponsor but didn't know if anyone has actually done it. Much of my income is not reportable and I don't feel comfortable asking anyone to sponsor so I will need to use my assests which are well over the guidelines....just hoping it still works.

Any info will be greatly appretiated.
