Philly i used to go get mine done and then i said the hell with this and learned how to do my own, some people either get them too thick so i look like a tranny or drag queen or they put so much glue on that when the lashes need to be replaced and come off i look like a cancer patient...so i do my own, that way i can control how i look, usually when i go to JA my eyelashes are tall....LOL

its easy, just takes a steady hand, some tweezers and a good azz magnifying mirror :)

Hey Ms. Honey well I just came back from the beauty store with 2 packs of lashes and 1 pack of dark glue and the other clear. The lashtician uses brown medium and dark glue for me, but I wanted to see what the difference is between the 2 looks. I'm going to try to do it myself :thumbs: after I attemp putting together this new desk with a gazillion pieces :blink:

Hi Everyone! I Miss You All! :crying: Everytime I stop by everyone is gone. I am beginning to get a complex :angry:

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Dillon - It was so good seeing you. He'll soon be here. Keep on smiling! :thumbs:

Shelly-Belly - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! :dance:

Jawi - Please take care of yourself (pain) and hang in there! This will all be over soon. :yes:

Roxcie - Even though I am a K1 filer I totally agree with the reversal of timeline with the 'fiance' and 'married' visas. BTW I am sure this has been covered already, but could someone please enlighten me as to why you have to wait longer to have your husband here, than having your fiance here? Just Curious :huh:

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BE GOOD TO YOURSELVES FIRST. Nothing is more important than that. Love you all!

What's up Lawny! Girl, planning a trip around a cycle is ridiculous! It's so stressful! :lol: I should give up trying, but I really feel like being in the water on my next trip. And when Aunt Flo's here, I don't feel like doing anything but fighting and sleeping! :blush:

Hey Claire! How r u doing?

Hola Kenesha! What's up?

Tamesha, I just saw your shout out. I was at work yesterday and logged on but was not really able to read and catch up. Then our whole systems went down, phone, internet and computers. Most of our system is computerized so we were all just sitting around chatting. No meds, meals or anything for the patients. I had one to d/c home and it took me 4 hours to get him out. Something that usually takes me 30 mins.

Anyway, girl I doing well. Just got back from my sister's wedding on Fort Lauderdale. She had a small beautiful backyard wedding. I saw a lot of my family and had a blast. Was kinda sorry that i had to come back but duty called.

So sorry that you have not yet received your NOA2 yet, but keep praying and you know HE has his own plans for us.

Thanks Shaunsgal, I am doing ok. I was kind of an emotional wreck for a little while but I am trying to focus on the approval and hanging in there, these parrot bay mojitos are helping me along the way :whistle:

Thanks everyone. His interview was at 7 am on the 13th. He lives in St. Catherine so it wasn't to far of a drive. Befor he left his home we went over what he should be bringing with him becuase we've waited to long to get any setbacks at this point. Everything was in order. I tell him make sure he bring his phone because I'll anxiously waitin his call. He left his home bout 5am. He reached the embassy bout 6:30 am. He said he was in the embassy door by 6:50 am. He waited till he was called. He told me he started to fret when he saw some people coming out wit blue slips. He said one guy who was interviewed b4 him was asked the question , Have you ever been arrested? The guy responded no but obviously they(the interviewer knew otherwise. Some people he said didn;t get through because of missing documents. Eventually he calmed himself down. He told me he was interviewed by a white man. He asked him bout 14 or 15 questions. I was likewhy so much question because I know some people who did Cr1 interviews and their spouse wasn't present with them at the interview were asked about 5 or so. Majority was about me and he told me he was asked about five questions bout my son.

I spoke to my husband this morning and he said he already packed . Him can't wait. :blush: So we're both happy. I've been doing so much cleaning and preparation for him it is unbelievable.

Good luck to all those with upcoming interviews
