02-15-2010: email address given to NVC operator

02-22-2010: AOS/DS3032 email received by NVC

02-22-2010: AOS $70 bill paid

02-22-2010: DS3032 Hardcopy Fedx

02-23-2010: DS3032 received signed for by K.STLAURENT

03-04-2010: DS3032 accepted and system updated

03-04-2010: paid IV bill

took a long time to send in ppwk due to husband's birth certificate delay :(

got birth certificate FINALLY!!!

didn't keep good records...sent in the ppwk and got a RFE for copy of passport

06-24-2010: NVC received the form I forgot to send ...oops

08-02-2010: still waiting on a case complete.....ughhhhh

08-10-2010: 2nd RFE for an updated police record-although the one we have was dated 4 months ago......ughhhhhhh

09-01-2010: NVC received checklist letter with a new police report..

09-23-2010: case complete FINALLY

11-12-2010: Interview-blue slip, need of a co-sponsor & petitioner at interview

12-07-2010: Petitioner interview w/co-sponsor paperwork

Hey Nat

You cant send pic mail to digicel phone or any other prepaid service in Jamaica. I personally t hink AT&T has the best service but I am not even sure they can recieve pic mail. Inquire about "Digicell Quad Band" phone I am not sure if this is the correct name. But if at all possible this may work. Consider web cam?

Hey Ya'll I have a question about camera phones...

Have any of you sent picture messages from Digicel to a US phone? does it work?

He wants to buy a camera phone so we can send pictures back and forth, but he sent me a wallpaper image the other day and it never come through to me. So we are worried that the camera phone won't work even if he buys it... :help:

I have the same question.

We bought a Claro (formerly MiPhone) camera phone, but he can't send me pictures messages. Only text ones. Plus, I can't send him any texts on that phone at all.

So he plans to get rid of the Claro phone and get a Digicel camera phone (already has a Digicel non-camera phone). However, that might not work either, so I'm curious to see what the responses to this question are.

Edited to add: After reading more posts, I saw that one person said that you can't send pictures messages with any prepaid phone. Has anyone been able to do so with any non-Digicel phone?

Morning, Y'all......it a day longer and spring forward, and hey, good bye winter......sorry to those still facing snow and cold, but i'm ready for spring, ready for the changes, already seeing tulips blooming and my plum trees in bloom and ready to get out of my winter of discontent. i was expecting ..by watching the timelines of others, that i'd be happily waking up in my sweets' arms by now..........but NOPE. I'm still waiting. He's never received the letter of interview date, he's called and yes it was sent. no one seems to be cooperating with us about getting that date by other means beside the mail....for crisesakes......it's 2009, who uses snail mail for urgent information!!! i am comforting myself with lots of beres hammond, no disturb sign song! Blesssings to all the Yardies, may your spring be full of flowers and fun and LOVE. c1 (F)
