Ok, so I think I have convinced my BF that we really dont need a lawyer to file this stuff. So I hope you dont mind me bombarding you with all of my questions now  Thanks SOOO much for any help!! Saving us a lot (as Im sure you know, lol)

Were not going to be doing this until next year anyhow, but just so I know.. and so we can be prepared for this all:

i-130 Questions For CR1 & CR2

Part B

Question 13... Is your spouse currently in the US?

Do we put yes, if Im visiting while applying and going back to complete the CR1?

Question 14

Canadians dont have I94's.. do we just put NA? There is no period authroized until.. we get a standard 6 months with no stamp, do we just put NA, or put 6 months from the date of entry?

Part C

17: Do we put the names of children not following here as well?

18: He will be living with his Dad until the visa is approved, and then moving to get a place of our own Do we still just list Father in Laws house here for now? Or put unknown?

21... put NA if we havent lived together yet?

D-1... Does he put my kids as child (hes not their bio father) or just put Step Child

Then for the G-325A...

When it asks for File A #, what do we put?

Then, do we fill out all 4 sides of the G-325 A as well, for each child??

When do we fill out and send the I-864? And do we fill that out for each person being petitioned? Or do we just provide it once, at the interview?

Another question, after having the CR1&CR2 approved, how long until it has to be 'activated' at the border?

Then for evidence of a bonafide marriage;

What kind of evidence can you send in if you havent been living together yet (ie lease agreement, comingled finances, etc?)

Also, for my children that will be moving as well, at what point do we provide the notarized letter from the father? Can we attach it with the I-130?

Check out this site for an example I-130 and G-325A forms. That's what really helped me and we had no problems! :)
