I pretty much wrote my own notes everyday for being absent "signed" by my Mom of course. After I graduated I got a letter from the District Attorney telling me he was going to prosecute due to excessive absences (generic letter) and I just laughed and laughed and laughed... he got me too late!!!

One time I was leavin a phone message for my best friend because we decided to stay home and play Tony Hawk on Play Station instead of going back to school after lunch so I called and said "Hi this is blah blah blah I'm calling because my daughter is absent she will not be coming in because she has craaaaaa hahahahaah craaaaaaaa craaaaaamps hahahahahaahaha" Then I had to hang up and we told her Mom later and her Mom got mad because we didn't get the job done right and she had to call back to clear things up haha. Good times in high school!
