I'm sure it will be here soon :blink: I remember when Tom Bradley was the Mayor of L.A. he had a saying, it it's yellow let it mellow but if it's brown flush it down :blink:

DWP in Los Angeles already sets your sewer rates based on your water usage. At least, that was what my mom was saying.

Does that mean they will get a refund for each flush they do when they travel to the Northern Hemisphere since the water travels the other way?
