seems you need to get the associated press involved and do a storie on you before the uscis will work on your case.

It seems that bills storie may have made the govt. work a little extra harder for him seems he got his rfe so quick.

Well it seems Bill's hard work and effort lit a fire under the government. But it's rather obnoxious for you to say that getting the AP involved is why they worked on their case. For god's sake we are GRATEFUL for all Bill has done.

In the meantime, has anyone from CSC been touched again today making that four days in a row but no mention of RFE? Has ANYONE From CSC seen an online case status update regarding an RFE being sent?

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer

In the meantime, has anyone from CSC been touched again today making that four days in a row but no mention of RFE? Has ANYONE From CSC seen an online case status update regarding an RFE being sent?

It seems they generally do work on Saturdays which is odd but great. While we have been touched 4 days in a row, it doesn't look like anyone from CSC has gotten the online case status message that says the RFE was sent . . .

I'm really starting to doubt the efficiency and reliability of the online service. I'm still believing the RFEs are being sent en masse and they will arrive within the next few weeks. Of course, I will still keep on the USCIS about it also.

To be honest, I have no idea but I think this online case status thing is not reliable. There are duplicate notices sent, no notices sent and there is obviously a hole in the system that does not address this IMBRA situation. They really need to reengineer it from the top down.

I did read a post by aussiewench #1297 on page 87 of "Lets collect some information about IMBRA effects" that eased my mind a little about the NOA2ers though, you should check it out. I'm not sure where the info came from but it seems logical.

NOA1 for AOS and EAD - 4/03/07

Checks cashed - 4/04/07

touched AOS and EAD - 04/06/07

RFE for AOS - 04/26/07

EAD approved - 07/07/07

AOS transfered to CSC - 07/10/07

rlt......they should be touching people like you....i mean ...dont get me wrong...i am happy....but...they should be doing the ones who were recalled....dont you think?? :(

Yeah, I do.

I´m not the kind of person who wouldn´t be happy for people getting their cases approved before I do.

It´s just that if they don´t send the RFE to the recalled petitions first, I´ll assume they don´t have an order and I can be anywhere among the 10.000 cases.

Nothing in my status has changed since my petition was approved back in April, and I did get an email from NVC saying VSC has my case.

I don´t know how they work there but they should have computers, right?

How hard is to get the receipt dates and start sending in order?

You know what else sucks? I did hire a lawyer. He says he can´t do anything about it until (if) USCIS contacts him. So I´m pretty much on my own.

Pardon me as I try to find my way around this site. I am new and recently found this site and am a little sad that I have heard nothing from CSC since my Receipt Letter dated 3/16/06. I have signded up for email updates, but have not recieved any yet.
