I haven't been touched since May 1, which I assume was when they compiled the list of cases to be recalled. I'm getting a bit bent out of shape about it, since my petition was sent back from the London Embassy on May 18. I'd at least like to know that Vermont has gotten it back. The most they can tell me is that our case file was recalled from storage, so that must mean some action is being taken on it.

I'm just in a bad mood about this whole process today. I'm starting to think deciding to have him come here was a mistake. I should have gone to England.

Who knows? They can't seem to get anything right these days. Every time they send an email, we get 3 or 4 copies. They also duplicate hard copies. Well better than never getting anything, right?

How exactly do you know if you have been "touched". I assume we are talking about the updates on the uscis site.

Am I right???

If the site is right I have not been touched since the begining of my saga and that was on 3-18

seems you need to get the associated press involved and do a storie on you before the uscis will work on your case.

It seems that bills storie may have made the govt. work a little extra harder for him seems he got his rfe so quick.

i hardley think so.......i dont thin they said...come on...lets get bill's petition out before he does anything else...there were quite a few who got their rfe's sent out and who recieved their noa1's after us.....EGADS!!!
