hi me again, two quick question:

does the embassy need intent to marry letter from beneficary also during the interview or is the one

that my fiance will provide enough?

question16 on ds 156 that says BUSINESS PHONE NUMBER, do they mean my work number or my our business number?

i know i said two questios, but here is a third question:

when filling out the other forms besides the DS156,is it better to type the answers or fill them in by hand? my hand writing is very messy!

I appreciate your help

thank you.

It is consulate specific. The rules say you need a second letter from each party re-stating their intent to marry. Kyiv did not ask for it. Other consulates may indeed. Also I went to the interview, perhaos if I hadn't they would have needed the letter. The consulate may elect to accept your presence at the interview as "prima facia" evidence of certain requirements and they never say if they do or not.

Sorry, missed your other two questions.

The DS-156 is for the foreign fiancee, not the USC petitioner. It would be the foreign fiancees business phone, if any.

You can type or hand write, makes no difference if they can read it. All our forms were handwritten.

What's the section titled? I would think this is for contact information. Not for identification information.

I would give them the phone number where I personally could be reached where I work.

K-1:

January 28, 2009: NOA1

June 4, 2009: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 11, 2009: Wedding

AOS:

December 23, 2009: NOA1!

January 22, 2010: Bogus RFE corrected through congressional inquiry "EAD waiting on biometrics only" Read about it here.

March 15, 2010: AOS interview - RFE for I-693 vaccination supplement - CS signed part 6!

March 27, 2010: Green Card recieved

ROC:

March 1, 2012: Mailed ROC package

March 7, 2012: Tracking says "notice left"...after a phone call to post office.

Correct, your "daytime" phone number. For the K-1 visa it is not so important, I would not expect them to be calling you at work, but give it anyway
