I need more practice in parking, i seem to be always taking two spots..lol

I wish my daughter would get better, she's been under the weather since Thursday, it's a good thing it's winter break so she isn't missing any school.

Morning Maureen and Terry! I called into work today to take care of my sick children. Well I know for certain my daughter is sick but I'm not so sure about my son!! I will admit that yesterday he went to the school secretary and said his throat hurt and that his tummy was bothering him. They sent him back to class and he finished his day. But my daughter was picked up by my dad and threw up several times last night. I am just not the person that can deal with that. I make a fool out of myself.

Maureen, I hope your daughter feels better soon and that you get that big rig of yours parked correctly at Walmart so you don't get cussed at for double spaces! Just kidding....

Oh Tasha and Maureen I hope the kiddos feel better soon. Sick is nooo fun! Im still getting over the yuck I had last week.

Sofyan and I found a used Lexus for sale and are going to look at it tomorrow afternoon. Its Pearly White and beautiful! Im so excited. I use to have a 1995 Lexus LS 400 and after a few years it kinda pooped out on us. I do have a brand new ford focus for me but we are in need of a 2nd car and im CROSSING MY FINGERS that its this car!!!

The daily threads have been slacking big time! Where is everyone?

Morning MENA peeps!

I'm worn out from tagging clothes for this children's consignment sale I'm participating in March. It's the best sale in town and I will get 75% of the clothes that I sale, but it's ALOT of work. You have to tag each individual item and then safety pin them to hangers. I haven't even thought about tackling the toys yet. WHEW!

It's so slow at work....wish I could bring the container and work on tagging them at my desk. I'm sure my boss would be like...WTH????

Morning MENA ~ 1st day back to work after a long weekend - hmmm, should have taken rest of week off!

Good luck to all those looking at purchasing a new vehicle and/or recently purchased one, I have the "wanting a new car bug" too but my current one is only 4 years old and will be paid off this October - definitely looking forward to no car payments!

Is it the 500 series? Is it sort of like an SUV? I have what I call the poor man's Lexus...I've got a Mazda CX-7 which has almost the exact same body style. I LOVE that car!!!!! Very roomy.

Thanks guys! They have a doctor's appointment at 1145. I still think my son is faking it, lol! I keep asking him are you sure you are sick or did you just say that so you could stay home? The doctor can tell those kind of things....he says it's off and on. Thank goodness they have awesome insurance because if I took him and had to pay for their copay like I do for Malek I would freak on him.

Good luck with the car buying Kelly. My aunt has a Lexus and has had it for years and it still looks brand new and she never has to put any money into it for repairs other than when my uncle dropped a shovel on the top of it or she hit a deer! You will have to show us pictures of it if you choose to get it. We will be on the prowl for a new car when Ayman comes home and gets work. Mine is a lease and I can't be putting tons of miles on it.

Allousa..good luck pricing all of the items. I hope you make a big sale. I just don't have the patience for stuff like that. When we moved last month I gave to goodwill or pawned baby stuff on my sister or friends.
