Hi All!

I am hoping that someone could help me with this problem. I am a Filipina and used to work in Japan since 2006 and my working visa will expire on Feb. 2011. Last October 16, 2008 I went home to rest because I just had a myometomy operation there. To make my story short, me and my fiance decided that I wont go there anymore and just wait here until we'll get our visa.

We applied for K1 Visa last November and we just had our NOA2 approved this month. My concern is I still have an unpaid residence tax in Japan and im so worried now that this will create record of me when I request for the Police Clearance.

Anybody here who have an idea with case like this? We will appreciate it very much. Thanks for your time.
