I-864 form Questions

Hello Again my fellow Vj'ers,

Pls. help me what should i answer to this question on I-864 form?

Part 3-Information on the immigrant(s) you are sponsoring

QUESTIONS;

8. I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in part 2 above?

Should I put my first child's name on it? what about my 2nd child?Where should his name be?

9. I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time ....It says do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition? WHat does it mean??

Should i Put my 2 kids name under names below?

ANother question..since my husband will have to file 2 separate I-130 for my 2 kids does it mean we also have to file 2 Affidavit of Support?

I know am asking too much but plssssssss..help me...Thanks so much in advance.

Hmmm, there is no 864 requirements for Removal of Conditions. That is a financial sponsorship for a potential immigrant. I think you moved this to the wrong forum, Charles.
