People, let's post brazilian recipes. If you can, do it in both english and portuguese, i'll start with one very simple, very easy, very yummy (btw i'll try to translate, but it's very difficult for me to translate recipes, so if u want to correct me feel free) I used to make when i was a teenager:

Sobremesa da Nessa

- morangos - strawberries

- bolacha maizena - cookies

- leite - milk

- leite condensado - sweet condensed milk

- nescau - chocolate powder

- margarina - butter

- conhaque - cognac

Primeiro passo fazer o brigadeiro - first preparing the brigadeiro

- In a pan add a can of sweet condensed milk, 2 tbsp of chocolate powder, 1tsp of butter. Mix it in the pan, low temperature, until it starts to get thick.

Segundo passo as bolachas - second step the cookies

- In a plate put some milk and a little bit og cognac to add flavor. Put the cookies for a second there, so they can get the flavor.

Terceiro passo montando a sobremesa - third step - final step

- Pick a rectangle recipient (like the pic), place the cookies after u drowned them in the milk with cognac, then put the brigadeiro (still hot) as a second layer, and then u chop the strawberries (not too small) and put on it. It goes in the fridge until it gets cold and it's ready. Easy, fast, cheap, caloric and yummy!

ah i forgot to say the last step u don't use the milk with cognac of the second step, that was just used to drown the cookies so they could get the cognac flavor.

Sal, pimenta-do-reino e salsinha a gosto
