read the guides and begin gathering the evidence you should have sent initially. USCIS will issue you and RFE for the missing info and you can send them what they want once you receive it. some october filers are being processed now. it's possible you should see something about your case within the next month or so. good luck!

Welcome to Visa Journey

Have you created an account at the USCIS web site to see if your petition has had any activity ?

Normally if you are missing some document they send a request for further evidence ( RFE) but if you are missing so much I am not sure. The paper you originally got has your case number on it. I hope some else knows a bit more

Just calm down, whatever you are missing USCIS will just send you an RFE (Request for Evidence). Whatever they need or what ever is missing they will let you know. So when you get that RFE just follow directions and send them what they want.

Hang in there and good luck!

Godspeed

You can sign up and see what the latest thing they have entered about the petition status. Once in a while it is not accurate but most people check it regularly

It won't necessarily speed anything up, but you will know if they look at your petition and any action that is taken on the petition (ie know when they want more info so you can get it ready before it comes in the mail)

so when you decided to file for the K1 you didnt do any research on it to find out what all needed to be done.

well...welcome to VJ. you will either have it sent back or get an RFE for everything.

read thru the guides and prepare yourself with the K1 and all of its supporting documents.

good luck

"VJ Timelines are only an estimate, they are not actual approval dates! They only reflect VJ members. VJ Timelines do not include the thousands of applicants who do not use VJ"

IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE SITE, PLEASE READ THE GUIDES BEFORE ASKING ALOT OF QUESTIONS. THE GUIDES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND WILL SAVE YOU ALOT OF TIME!

Did you add the check of $455? Did they cash it? Or the only think you got was NOA1?

If u didnt add the check I think they will return it to you...

Just start getting everything together in case you get it back or an RFE...

Good Luck.
