My I-130 application got to Vermont Service Center 2/28/06. It was "updated" or touched five days later, on March 4, 2006. Since then NO word, no touch, nothing. How do I know it isn't lost? Or the case worker/officer isn't on maternity leave? I'm so sad without him, sleeping alone, missing him every day. It's been .... what? 105 plus days with no word at all. No NOA2. And once we get that we still have a long wait ahead of u! :( Any movement on the Vermont front? Anyone?

Hang in there people. I went thru all this already and I check in here to see what is going on. I was apart from my wife for 6 months at a time and 3 months another time. We married in England, went to Italy for a 1 week honeymoon, then I flew home w/o her and didn't see her for 3 months. It is so hard, but cheap phone cards and the internet kept us going. Emily is here now and life couldn't be better, but I don't forget the lonely times. We use Skype to video home to her family, that is a great tool. Hang in there, it will be over soon and you will be so happy for it. Take care.
