nessa, go for it!

If there are any spelling or grammer errors, we'll help pick them out. You've spent a lot of time studing the topic and you spend a lot of time at VJ--I'll bet you have lots of good things to add!

Plus, your English is great!

aussie it wont let me upload any more files. :( can i email it to you or something?

Im in the same boat :P

Go to 'my controls' then down on the left you will see 'Manage Your Attachments'. Delete the K-3 I-129F attachment posted earlier and that will then allow you to upload the one with the changes.

yay thanks for the help sorry it took me a while to answer but here is the updated k-3 I-129f form. :)

The updated I-129F (K-3) sample looks fine to me.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Thank you. I wish, tho. I'm a newbie here actually, when it comes to the actual process I know nothing yet, we have just begun. We have just sent the package, and that was even before we started readin the threads here and getting advice.

I want after all our process is done to help people more, or after we have been through more of it, the paperwork I mean. For now I really don't qualify for the job, plus I couldn't possibly know how to make changes on Acrobat :P

thanks guys, anything that i can do to help. after all that you have done for me... :) oh btw... i got the trial version of adobe acrobat professional on their website and it expires in about 28 days. so anything that involves edits on the pdfs let me know asap. i had to play around with it a little bit but got the hang of it. believe me it was alot of trial and error. hahahha... i should have my boss buy us the software so we can use it at work. it's pretty neat... once you get the hang of it.

now if i could only type up a fillable RFE form... hahahaha KIDDING.

hugs to everyone :)

edited due to spelling errors, my hands were working faster than my brain... as usual...
