As Petitioner of approved I-130 processing as CR-1; I filed the AOS form I-864EZ. As according to the Poverty Guidelines and claiming 4 in household; chart indicates Guidelines $22, 200.00 and 125% at $26,500.00. Does this mean if you make anything over that amount you qualify? Or do you have to show 125% over that stated amount? i.e. $26,500 and add 125% more to that income? Which is $33,125.00. Please help.

Household of 4 (in the lower 48 states; its more for Alaska or Hawaii) 125% is $27,562 (which is based on $22,050). This is the minimum that needs to be earned. :thumbs:

OK, to not be so disclosing of my income: To say you made over $30,000.00 for the last 3 years meets these guidelines then?
