Well he is part of a company that is pretty big it has to go up the chain

To Big Coorparate

he is also working turnaround so not much time to keep pushing them

Yes we are above the poverty line if we where a family of 4 we are only two of us

So go ahead u think

You have tax transcripts. Will you guys send copies of his w-2's/1040 also?

I sent Yazied transcripts for the past 3 years, copies of my w-2's and 1040a,two salary letters(1 from the last job just to show consistency) and I meet the guidelines for a family of 7 and we are 3, but I was paranoid

I think you will be fine..I would go ahead and send it, get that sucker moving along..that would be my line of thinking.

What are the guidelines for income. Do they count my 3 kids in the calculations?

yes, everyone who you support(including your hubby) are included. the guidline is 125% above the poverty gudielines for 2009.

http://aspe.hhs.gov/POVERTY/09poverty.shtml

Persons in family Poverty guideline

1 $10,830

2 14,570

3 18,310

4 22,050

5 25,790

6 29,530

7 33,270

8 37,010

still in AP, I'll call again tomorrow.

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Hi all...How guys going through the process?

Hei Lisa..I don't if u have been asked by somebody about this or not but I am just wondering why have not u gone throught the CR1 process instead of waiting for the K3 in AP? Is it something that they can't assign u a case number, thats why u can't proceed?

How's Narina doin?

Take care

We were just pulled for "random" AP at NVC. There is a thread already..they are all K visas, some quota they have to meet I guess, and we just got lucky.

ya, we have our reasons for going the k route.

How are you?

need advice:

I just spoke to my attorney about filing an I130 for my step-son. He wants $2850.00 for the entire process. It includes everything. What of I file the I130 for my step-son on my own ? Is it difficult if it is a straight forward petition? He is 7. The attorney said he will most likely get a GC even if my husband doesn't. And he wouldn't even be living here all the time. he would go back and forth because his mother is in CR.

yes, I was thinking the same thing. and I don't want to go threw all of that paperwork to get my step-son here if my husband won't be here. Maybe wwe should wait.

Tax question... can I file head of household even though I am married? I am thinkiing of not filing with my hubby only because I need the EIC credit
