Medical exam again for AOS??????

Hi everyone, we're about to process K1/K2 AOS ... just wondering ... since the medical exams we've done in philippines is valid for 1 year since we have it. Am i still going for medical exams again??

we asked..... bcos my husband tried to print out forms I-1693 and we had the 1st page that need to be have TB, syphilis, hiv exams??? is this really required.

bcos somehow we read some info's here in VJ's that you need only to bring your vaccine report and a doctor could transfer the info's to your I-1693 form for a somewhat $10 fee... is this really accurate??

do we need to send only the vaccine report i had in manila and enclosed it in AOS or had another check-up?

really soo confused .. we dont want to have an RFE for this.. thanks!

You're correct that a full exam is not required. What you need to send in with your AOS is the vaccination supplemental (I-693A). If you bring the vaccination worksheet that you received at your medical to a local civil surgeon, he/she will transfer the information onto the I-693A. Fees vary by CS; we paid $60.

thanks so much jen3539 and rch99 , thats what got bothered us... we have the wrong form of I-693 should be appendix A. thats why my husband get confused when we had the form theres nothing there about for vaccine things..

I had my medical done in Canada when I arrived in on my K3 visa and I had to have another medical done ticked me off, it was cause it was over 1 yr.
