"Proof" pictures

We are about to finish up gathering proof of this and that and I was wondering.......do we have to have actual photos of us printed (the actual picture itself) or can I just print some photos on regular paper? I figure the photos are just going to collect dust somewhere anyway.

When we used photos as evidence - we printed them on regular paper (multiple photos on single pages).

I don't think it is necessary to have HQ photos, just color printouts on a page should be fine. All they need to see is the people in the picture

i was actually going to send the actual photos. we have made 2 sets. 1 for mail to USCIS and one for in case we are selected for an interview.

You can present a professionally printed photo for 9 cents each.

hi there, we sent our pictures on normal white paper.... that will be enough for now...keep the pictures for later on!

We just printed out pages containing 6 photos per sheet on normal while paper with a description underneath each one saying who, where and when. If we had been called to an interview we would have printed out the actual photos and taken them with us.

it isn't necessary though.. with all the other evidence they ask for copies so I m sure it is ok to send copies of pictures..

I just printed them on regular paper at home and then wrote beneath who, what, when, where and why info (ok, didn't include the why, but you get the idea).

Either one works fine. I don't remember seeing a post where pics printed on paper were a problem. Good luck!

We're still organizing ours, but I printed out the photographs on plain paper at about two per page (because I put date/location/explination of each picture underneath).

we printed them in color on regular paper and wrote info under each like the dates... i doubt they place serious weight on them to the point you need to spend money printing them on photo paper...they probably just glance at them and then punch holes in them for your file anyhow.

Just a thought here - you might post in the MENA forum, and ask others that did the interview in Egypt. I still think you are OK with paper prints too.
