I think they're more interested in what you are bringing to the u.s. as in ability to work and become a contributing member of society but honestly I am not sure. We wrote everything out and even had to add another piece of paper and none of his schools were contacted.

why is ds 230 ask about List below all educational institutions attended even me apply for k1 visa?

and why ask about adress of insitution is that mean they will write institution ?

It's doubtful they would contact them - it's all just background information. :thumbs:

Answer all the questions on the forms honestly and as accurately as possible. The reason for the questions is they want to know the answers. What they do with the answers can vary widely. I find that when people ask such questions it's for one of two major reasons. They are either too lazy to find the information or they want to conceal something. Neither is a positive component of the process.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

thanks me find i did mistake to write i finish in 2007 i write 2008 and me was just in privet school scare counsula call and ask and find out and think i did lie realy that make me scare

Rela, if you made a mistake, just contact the consulate and let them know that you made a mistake and what your mistake was. You won't have any trouble as long as you inform them of your mistakes before the interview :) Do it asap and you should be fine :)

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.

Rela, if you made a mistake, just contact the consulate and let them know that you made a mistake and what your mistake was. You won't have any trouble as long as you inform them of your mistakes before the interview :) Do it asap and you should be fine :)
