I think they're more interested in what you are bringing to the u.s. as in ability to work and become a contributing member of society but honestly I am not sure. We wrote everything out and even had to add another piece of paper and none of his schools were contacted.

Answer all the questions on the forms honestly and as accurately as possible. The reason for the questions is they want to know the answers. What they do with the answers can vary widely. I find that when people ask such questions it's for one of two major reasons. They are either too lazy to find the information or they want to conceal something. Neither is a positive component of the process.

Rela, if you made a mistake, just contact the consulate and let them know that you made a mistake and what your mistake was. You won't have any trouble as long as you inform them of your mistakes before the interview Do it asap and you should be fine
