got a NBI in the year 2000 and it had some wrong information on it which was the birth date it was suppose to be July 19, 1978 but the NBI read July 19, 1977. I never had the change to get it corrected, because i was busy with school and family things.

Then finally in 2004 when I got my new NBI i put my correct date of birth but I didnt get corrected my previous NBI. And my question is now that I will be getting a new NBI for my K1 process, is the NBI that had the wrong information on it in 2000 came back and be a problem now?

Maybe because your data is already in the database and what you will be doing is just renewing it. Not sure though but it is better to ask the NBI personnel so you will be guided accordingly as to how to correct your NBI record. And don't forget to bring your birth certificate, they might ask you for it.

Just present your latest corrected NBI clearance. I don`t think there will be any problem.
