hello guys can u please help me what would be the right answer for my daughter k4 ds-156 question number 36..has anyone filed an immigrant visa petition on ur behalf? ...yes or no

Yes as you filed a I-130 for her or should have!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

my husband filed us I-130..i just really dont know what would be the answer for my kid k4..is it yes for her? i knew mine is yes.just only for her i dont know

Yes as you filed a I-130 for her or should have!

my husband filed us I-130..i just really dont know what would be the answer for my kid k4..is it yes for her? i knew mine is yes.just only for her i dont know

He should have filed a separate I-130 for your anak. If so the answer is yes.

If he didn't file a separte I-130. Have him do so ASAP. She'll need it when you both adjust status when you get to the US.

Good luck with the visa interview when it comes to evidence of bona fides. If you have to come here and tell us you don't know if your spouse filed an I-130 for your child insead of simply asking your husband. He either filed an I-130 for your daughter or he didn't. Ask him and answer appropriately.

im going to ask again..my husband havent file separately I-130 for my daughter because i just approved my I-130 he plan when were there in usa thats time he will be file..is it ok?..its not affective during our interview? we used k3 visa and our interview will be soon.

any advices its always welcome
