Anybody else get touched today? I got touched yesterday and today again to my surprise. But no emails from USCIS. Hopefully they've all been threatened with their jobs if they dont get moving.

Yeah we got touched on the 14th and on the 15th. Hopefully RFE on there way.

today makes two touches for me also , in all 5 touches since case got transfer to cali..

I got the two touches as well, but they came along with identical e-mails stating they have recieved my petition in California, and will be processing it according to the dates in the processing dates list for that service center. I'm not looking at it as them finally working on my case, but as them finally opening whatever shipping container Nebraska sent my petition in.

At least it's not lost in transit... just sitting in its brand new pile in sunny CA.

Who knows what is actually happening, but unfortunately I have the same assumption (gut feeling) as you do, luvaLimey. I have been touched two days in a row. But, this is still taking much more time and paperwork than necessary. Our hopes that a quick "online" response (instead a long process of RFE's and AR's) does not seem in the works...

I sent an email to CSC today asking for information on when and how I will receive the RFE and what will their process be in regarding to processing once they have received it.

Does anyone have a phone number for CSC?

Also got a touch on June 13th.

Our NOA1 date was March 28th.

I had sent a bunch of emails to CSC and the response as of June 14th was:

We have not received guidelines concerning our new processing

requirements. We have been informed that a request for additional

information maybe necessary once we continue the processing of these

petitions. No time has been given when the processing will occur.

I'm hoping that since the official website news post stated that they would issue RFE's immediately, that the touch means they are being sent out. I'm sure the staff at CSC is still trying to disclaim all their processing times, but I cant imagine that once the RFE's are returned, that they'd have any choice but to get to work pretty hard on finishing them!

...I hope we all get our RFE's for IMBRA soon and can start watching the NOA2's roll out!!!!

Thanks for that - at least they reply. I had the wrong email address and they sent me a note with the correct one which I thought was very nice! Maybe I'll get a different message from them with more info. If I do, I'll post it.
