I was pissed that my case was undergoing AP. So I didnt call NVC for a bit, called today, found out my petition was already in bangkok.

That is the good news! Congrats :thumbs:

N-400: filled online on May 8th, 2021

Biometric Reuse Notice: May 8th, 2021
Interview: May 10th, 2022 - Interview De-Scheduled

Interview rescheduled on May 11th, 2022

New Interview: Jun 27th, 2022 - Approved 🥳

Oath Ceremony: July 14th, 2022

Well, we are all set for our interview in a couple of weeks. Medical is passed, all documents gathered, all visas received (to Poland for Iryna and for me to Belarus). I will be flying to Warsaw at the end of next week and will be meeting Iryna there. Hopefully, we wont have to part again after that. Wish us luck!

Don't give up! We got our NOA 2 on July 7 this year!!! Waiting for news from Consulate!

Snail-Mail Pen-Pals for 7 years... met in person in May 2008. Engaged in August 2008. Took some time deciding what to do, where to marry, etc... Applied for K-1 in January via attorney in CA.

Update with our case =) Fiance FINALLY arrived in LAX =) The officer was definitely not kind, he asked him 6 questions and went through our packet one page after another and read through everything carefully. anyhow after a LONG 1 hour wait outside the terminal... i was finally reunited with my fiance. One thing interesting is that he kept his xRay. I wonder why? For some reason i thought xRay goes with the medical to the homeland security again?

2/20/2009: NOA 1 Receipt Date

3/20/2009: NOA 2 Notice Approval Date

05/28/2009: Interview APPROVED

7/22/2009 --POE (LAX)-- We are together forever <3

Just wanted to drop by and say hi!

I've been here in the U.S. with my fiancé for a month now and doing great. We're so happy to be together ^_^ He'll be "formally" proposing this month (August) :wub: We're planning our wedding (trip to Vegas! :D yay! - no gambling though ;) we are a strictly no-gambling family LOL) Our honeymoon will probably be around Labor Day Weekend :D
