Ours has been passed through NVC too, called again today to check, got my MTL # and was told it was forwarded today. I definately recommend calling about 5 days after the NOA2 date!

Using WoW speak: Woot! Grats! NVC FTW! Now on to Packet 3 stuff! I wonder if it's OK to fax them the forms, once the embassy receives the case and enters it into their system, without having to wait for the actual packet to arrive in the mail, since everything is on the web anyways.

Just for that I'm going to Ding when I get the visa :P Its wierd, if I was going through Vancouver I could fax things back and the whole P3 is online, but through Montreal its not...silly ppl.

Wow, that is weird. Montreal seems to be doing things their own way, for sure.

Touched: 06/17/2009 Hopefully its the touch that gets my application processed.

Touches are great! :) At least it should put your mind at ease - they haven't lost your case and they are working on it. I think your NOA2 is coming very soon (fingers crossed). ;)

I looked up your touch (lol creepy) You said you got a touch the 10th of june and got your NOA2 the 8th??

I got touched the 8th and 9th and got the NOA2 on the 8th...in the mail on the 11th, if that helps at all.

2009-03-30 : I-129F NOA2 (i have it long time ago but i dont know what it look like until i found out here in visajourney MY GOD!!! i have the same

notice with the photo shown in the gallery Jesus Christ this is miracle!!!Thanks GOD!!!it was the NOA2...yeeppeeee!!!)

2009-03-24 : Recieve letter of reference from consulate section in USEM with the case #

2009-05-25-26 : Med Exam=PASSED

2009-06-09 : Interview=APPRPOVED!!!

2009-06-13 : Visa recieve!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!!..THANK U GOD!!!

2009-06-26 : Beinvenido Estados Unidos...Holala...

I looked up your touch (lol creepy) You said you got a touch the 10th of june and got your NOA2 the 8th??

No, I got a touch on the 8th, late in the evening, and then one more on the 9th, around 10am. My case status online never changed and it still says "Pending". I received my NOA2 in the mail on the 13th and it was dated the 8th, on the day of my first touch. My guess the second touch was them sending my case to NVC. :)
