HI ALL! Well Ive looked all over for a February filer fourm but dont see one so I hope this is the first. Anyway I just mailed out the K-1 on the 13th (friday the 13th) Oh well its just a number right? :unsure: Anyway I would like to hear from all you February filers and see how the process has been and is going for you. 2016/11/14 — I-130 sent via USPS Priority Mail Express 1-Day™

2016/11/15 — I-130 delivered at 11:20 am in PHOENIX, AZ 85034 to BANK ONE, signed for by J LOPEZ; Priority Date  |  2016/11/17 — Receipt Date

2016/11/18 — I-797C Notice Date; USCIS Acceptance Confirmation Email, case routed to Nebraska Service Center  |  2016/11/21 — I-797C Postmark

2017/01/18 — I-797 Approval Notice Date  |  2017/01/19 — I-797 Postmark  |  2017/01/23 — I-797 Approval Notice hard copy received

Congrats!!! My check was cashed two days ago. Cross my fingers NOA1 is on its way.. Good luck to all of you lets hope the CSC is moving quickly!

February 12, 2009 - K1 petition sent.

February 18, 2009 - Petition recieved at CSC.

February 24, 2009 - Received NOA1.

April 6, 2009 - Received NOA2!

April 24, 2009 - Packet 3 in the mail.

September 7, 2009 - Medical

September 16, 2009 - Interview date at London Embassy

Forgot to have letter of intent notarized, stalling time for a bit.

October 28, 2009 - Visa in his hands!!

March 19, 2010 - First time seeing each other since Oct. '08!!

May 9, 2010 - Married!

June, 2010 - Preparing AoS packet

June 23, 2010 - Sent off AoS and EAD!

June 25, 2010 - Package arrived in Chicago

July 2, 2010 - Check cashed

July 5, 2010 - NOA1 for both AoS and EAD

July 15, 2010 - Biometrics scheduled for August 6th

July 27, 2010 - RFE :(

August 6, 2010 - Biometrics in Portland, Oregon

I just checked my bank account and the check was cashed! YAY! So we got our case number but still haven't received the NOA1 even though they sent it out on the 18th according to the site.

We filed for our K1 on Feb 21st!!! Im so excited to start moving forward!!!!!!

Lets hope our journeys are speedy for us all. I wish all of us luck!!!
