My husband worked on Vday, so we went out the night before to celebrate. I was a good samaritan and babysat for a couple free of charge so that they could go out and enjoy themselves. They moved to the US afew months ago from Denmark and the kids do not know any English, so the parents really do not get to spend QT together. I am assuming that they had a beautiful time because they came home with a long stem rose and a small gift for me as a token of their appreciaton :)

To Blessed to be stressed:) I realize that all things have a purpose and a time.....have faith and the Lord Almighty will provide... when the time is right, he NEVER fails!

We had a wonderful time yesterday, I got a nice box of chocolate, wine, fruits. He took me to this Chinese place which I like and I got to have a real nice fish fiesta yesterday. Mmmm I finally straightened my hair, which was a big change, since I always had really curly hair all my life. We got back home, watched one of the Hitchcock series movies (which he gifted me).

It was perfect :wub: :wub:

I gave him a bag of his favourite chocolate bar, KitKat...

and yesterday we went to our favourite Mexican restaurant for lunch.. mmmmm it was soo good...

and then we went to See's candy and he bought me a box of chocolate...

Well he took me to a ballet in Rome :) We saw the Sleeping beauty and after that he took me to a very nice restaurant. It was unbelievable. I got flowers at our hotel room. Just at the beggining of our trip he gave me a pair of diamond earings. They were for St Valantines but he couldn't wait. And of course a box of my favourte chocolates. But i think the best of all was that we got to spend that day together. He is my sweetheart and that's what st valentine's for. to be with the person you love and to show that in variety of ways :)
