We are preparing for the interview at Manila embassy and now I am feeling disorganized. Please help me put these in some sort of order.

-I have all of our originals from first package sent for NOA1 including all original receipts, photos, emails, snail mail, itinerarys, etc.

-Original new evidence of continued relationship after submitting first packet.

-Original letter from my bank stating $$$$$ in my checking account

-Original letter from my boss stating my annual salary, start date, and my full-time status on company letterhead

-Tax transcripts from 2005, 2006, 2007, and my new 2008 tax returns

-W2's from 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008

-My original birth certificate

-4 original most recent pay stubs

-New Original letter of intent to marry

-Completed original I134

How should I put this together to send to her? Where should I put my I134 and supporting evidence? Should I put all of the 2005 tax stuff together somewhere, 2006, 2007, and then 2008 (the most recent) up front. What about my pay stubs? Letter of intent to marry? and the 100+pages from our original I129F and first packet submission which includes a color copy of my passport, g325A w/ 2x2 photos of us, etc. How about the new evidence of continued relationship? I'm sending her originals of everything, though I will make a copy of it all for myself. It's $96 to ship this through fedex, and I'm taking the extra precautions w/ tracking because all originals will be sent to her for the interview.

Where is the Public Notary supposed to sign on the new I134?

Hmm? Am I missing something?

I hope this one can help you.

For the Evidence of Support (She must compile these documents all together in a separate folder because she will present it to the pre-screener and Consul)

* Income Tax Returns

* W2's

* Pay Stubs

* Bank Statements

* Letter of Employment (Indicating salary)

* I-134 (The new version doesn't need to be notarized) http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-134.pdf

>>>You can just scan and email everything to her, Fedex is expensive. My fiance just e-mailed the aforementioned documents and I passed the interview.

When I entered the US Embassy, I gave my 2 copies of the following DS Forms to the reception:

*2 copies DS-156 https://evisaforms.state.gov/ds156.asp

*2 copies DS-157 http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/79964.pdf

*1 copy DS-156K http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/82063.pdf

the reception gave me a number and waited to be called for finger scanning. After finger scanning my number was called for Pre-screening and the pre-screener asked me to give her my Original Birth Certificate, NBI Clearance, my CENOMAR, the folder for Evidence of Support, the folder Evidence of On-going relationship, and asked me questions about my fiance and about how we met... just easy questions.

After the pre-screening procedures, I've waited for my number to be called for the Final interview with the Consul. She just ask me some easy questions and take a look at the pictures I brought.

It's okay to be over prepared... well I am when I attended my interview. I even print out chat logs, email history, all of my fiance's emails, chat archives, money transfer receipts, package receipts.

I suggest you to read one of the VJ member's blog about her visa interview preparations and you'll get some sort of helpful ideas.

Organize with paper clips. Put a binder clip on the whole sheeebang. Anything else is wasted time and effort. The consulate will instruct her to hand over the documents 1 by 1 and they will place it in there own folder in their own order. Just make it easy for her to locate (maybe sticky notes) and disassemble for them. You are sending too much,sounds like, but better "too much gun" I always say. If they don't need it, she can carry it back out with her.
