I Have a question regarding i-134.I included my finacee's kids in the application.

should i fill out i-134 for each of them?How about deposits on savings bank?

can i skip this?or i really have to put how much i have in the acct.?thanks...

Yes seperate I-134 is needed for each beneficiary, one for K-1, and another for the K-2, etc..

Moving this to consulate/embassy forum, I-134 is needed at the time of interview, NOT when filing the I-129F

If your income is sufficient, you may simply leave blank all questions relating to assets.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Hi there do you have to have two 1-134 one for the k-1 and the k-2 i did not see this noted in the visajourney, i looked at the form at question #3 i put there her name and none for spouse then below i put the child name this is the name of the child accompaning or following to join he is just 9 years old can you help can you help thanks
