Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has

resumed.

On October 22, 2008, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you

by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case

you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case is at our

NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You

can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to

The I-130 gets first mailed to Chicago (The mail processing center for NBC), NBC issued an RFE, they will then send the petition to CSC or VSC depending on where petitioner lives, or case load of the service center.

Thanks. he really got f**ked by his first attorney. This was filed in 5/2007. I hope his new attorney can get the ship back on track.

If it has been this long consider forgetting the I-129F and simply sticking to the I-130, this results in the superior IR-1 visa, and 10 year green-card upon entry to the USA, NO MORE hassling with USCIS to adjust status.
