Hi all Vjers

To all NYC residents here on VJ who came in on a K1 which civil surgeon did u go to get your vaccination supplement

I called Queen long island group & Dr Franklin Leroux both told me i hv to a complete examination and tht would cost me $175

Please help

The I-693 is the full medical. What you want is the vaccination supplement which is called

"Appendix A. Supplemental Form To I-693"
