Just want to know if Driver's license is good enough for evidence on citizenship from my co-sponsor and does it have to be notorized. What is the best I can ask them.

DL is not evidence of citizenship - BC or Passport would be. Notarization not required any longer.

So if I get a copy of their passport with their photo on it is the first page enough or is there some other they need. And getting their copy of passport it dont have to be notorzied.

Driver's license is just evidence that you live in a state, a Green-card holder and US citizen both get the same type of license so is not evidence of citizenship.

Nothing needs to be notarized, (I-134 NO LONGER needs to be notarized)

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

ok thank you very much so copy of passport is the best way and do I just copy the first page with their photo and number on it. And I know the 134 doesn't have to be notorized but some told me the passport i am sending in should be notorized.

The first page of the passport (containing the identification parts) will do fine. Not sure it needs to be notarized since notarization simply validates a signature and not the document.
