hey,

i need advice here. My fiance filed my k-1 visa petition in guam since he stayed there last year. However, he was originally based in hawaii. I understand that i an enter any state in the US but my main question is, would it be possible if we are thinking of living in hawaii instead of guam when i get to the US, will there be any problems?

Not a problem, Americans are free to live anywhere in the USA.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
