Ok, Jocelyn has her interview set for March 2 and I ma about to send her the last of the information I have for her and before I send it Monday please tell me if I am forgetting anything.

On her end she has a new NSO Birth Certificate, NBI, Police Clearance, Cenomar and Stamped 157 form from the bank for application payment and her medical has been passed and sent to the embassy. She has all the copies of the 156, 156l and 157 and even has one extra of each completely filled out with no lines with blanks as suggested in the sample forms here at VJ. She also has all her passport photos and ID's.

For our proof of meeting we have pictures of course, my boarding passes and hers as well in country, my luggage tags and my flight itinerary, passport copies and my hotel itinerary.

For our proof of engagement we have her engagement ring, pictures of the wedding bands we have picked out, pictures of the dress we picked out, sample invitation to wedding, a letter from my pastor who will perform the wedding, pictures from the engagement celebration and a new Intent to marry.

For our roof of relationship we have letters and cards, yahoo chats, phone card bills, and western union receipts of monthly support.

For my Affidavit of support I have a notarized 134 with my income of $23,000 and real estate valued at $33,500 and life insurance of $25,000, a bank letter with my date of account opening, deposits for 2008 and current balance, I have a spot appraisal of my real estate from a Realtor, a photo copy of the deed, my Tax forms for 2006-2208 (self employed family farm) and pay stubs from local grain elevators.

I also have the same things from my Dad in case I need a cosponsor because my income in 2006-2007 was not over the poverty level. My lawyer advised me to try to use mine alone because the embassy in manila is not known to accept cosponsors. But if they deem my income insufficient she will have his forms as well and they are very adequate.

Please tell me if there is anything that I have forgotten or anything about my information that concerns you. Any and all thoughts and or criticisms are appreciated.

Thanks.

Looks good but I wouldn't volunteer any Western Union receipts for monthly support. They don't help and CAN hurt.

Thank you, I wasn't aware of that. I will change my cover page and tell her to keep those withheld.

Good luck to you as well. God Bless and thanks for your input.
