No.. It is not your fault. Nobody knows that it would happen. My husband spoke with a very mean lady and it is nobody's fault.

Yes, I totally agree Narina. The majority of the time is indeed behind us :-)) Keep the faith. Though it's Valentine's and we are across oceans, I told my husband we should not be upset cz we celebrate our love for each other every single day not just some predermined day on a calendar. Hang in there everyone for we have the rest of our lifetime to celebrate our love for our spouses I am happy b/c I found this website and was able to order a teddy bear, roses and balloons and had them delivered to his house miles away!! And he sent me a text msg saying he can't believe I did that! No amount of oceans is able to come b/w our love...

CandidW, try again and good luck! Narina did her info pass much later than us. She filed 3 months ahead of us so rmb that's how come they knew more about her case, most likely cz it was older than yours. I personally won't try for an info pass till I past 7 1/2 mons. It will be 7 mons since I 130 for us in 4 more days, so hang in there and try again. You can't let one negative experience deter you

I had written a poem a couple of weeks ago. Not so much for Valentine's day, but it just so happened that I had ordered to get it translated (he understands it in English, but doesn't get the complete feeling when he reads it in English). So the translation was delivered to me yesterday. He should be getting it today via email. That is my special Valentine's day thing for him. He's always buying me things and doing things for me. I don't make a big deal if he doesn't do them on a specific holiday. He loves me everyday. That's what matters the most

The woman told my husband absolutely nothing.. She never wants to give any information about the case. Yeah.. We will try again perhaps in other NJ office. Thank goodness there is another office in Newark! If we didn't receive anything before the end of the month. Maybe it is time to bang our lawyer's head on the wall and tell him to wake up because he needs to work for what my husband paid for..

Sweetie! I was just asking about you yesterday on FB! Join us! More freedom to speak there.

Actually I just called the NVC number and they have finally generated the bill for my I-130 AOS. We decided to go the K-3 route so I guess even if it generated the bill, it's not a big deal LOL. However, when I called to ask about the K-3 (why no case number yet) they didn't give me info because the date of birth I gave them is not the same as what they have on file So we are going to fix that first.

Lisa was still in AP as of yesterday Pray for her to get out soon!

Where are you at with the CR-1? How come your K-3 is lost? What happened?

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY !

My husband called me this morning at 8am to say Happy Valentines day. He said he misses me so much and wishes I could be there with him. He told me to fly back tonight. I don't care about stupid gifts. I love when he says he loves me and misses me. He gave me roses when I was there with him last week AND he gave me a ring and a pair of earrings.

I tried to make myself feel better by going shopping. I bought 2 pair of jeans and a pair of khakis for him and a long sleeved shirt and a tee shirt from Hollister. He loves whatever I buy for him.

at this point, I miss him so much, I would fly back to CR tonight if I could.

I was almost sure I would hear something from VSC this past week. All the approvals seem to be from August now.
