I-134 urgent please

Timeline

my joint sponsor is retired , so his pension goes into his bank account , i have his tax transcripts for the past 3 years ,

do i need employment letter which is not logical or do i need bank letter?despite i have his past 3 years transcripts and this year' 1040 and 1099 ,

my wife makes nothing , should she submit a paper that she is not working ,and she doesnt file for taxes?

If possible, obtain some direct documentation of the retirement income, such as a declaration of the benefit. Otherwise, the tax transcripts should be enough. Your wife submits her own I-134 with supporting documentation as appropriate. The I-134 itself will declare she's unemployed and her income, if any. People with no income are not required to file tax returns. Consular officers know this.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

I don't know. Is the 1099 a report of the retirement income?

I don't know. Is the 1099 a report of the retirement income?

yes 1099 is what he gets,but anyway transcripts would be ok i guess
