helo vjers may i know the requirements for guidance and counselling for Filipino spouses?tnx!

hey,I had my CFO counseling one week ago,I don't have my Visa yet I just attended para sticker na lang pag may Visa:)hehe

I bring all my documents there,but they never asked for it.. from what I had,they just asked two valid Id's with picture,(Postal id,they didn't accept that)

so I showed my sss id,and birth certificate. then kung may Visa ka na,passport with Visa dalhin mo,and money..

just wait for more answers here in your thread,Im sure you'll get more info.

06-29-09..... Recieved Biometrics appointment for July 21

07-10-09..... Case transfered to California

08-05-09..... AOS Card production ordered

08-06-09..... AP approval sent

08-06-09..... EAD Card production ordered

08-11-09..... Got my GREENCARD

08-13-09..... Got my EAD card and AP

there is a little catch wit hthe CFO website. It states "and other documents...."

Thursday PRISM asked Trisha to bring back more photos that show me with Family. She had several with me and her. Then passport entrance and exit stamps for me. I guess they do not believe her that I am in Phil traveling all the time. Anyway she will be going back on Tuesday morning to drop off the requested docs and hopefully put this stop past us.
