Hi everyone! Im new here, my hubby and I just submitted our documents last December 2009, NOA1 was sent last january 6, can anyone direct me to the thread for january filers so i can monitor our progress along with them?

i don't know where the thread is for jan filers, if you find out, let me know...but i filed my I-130 in jan too! i was looking at the timelines and it looks like they'll get to our application end of april/beginning may (hopefully)...until then, i guess we sit tight :thumbs:

USCIS

12-19-2008 : Marriage

01-10-2009 : I-130 Sent

01-16-2009 : I-130 NOA1

03-13-2009 : I-130 NOA2 Approved!

NVC

03-20-2009 : NVC # recieved

04-14-2009 : Instruction Packet recieved

04-29-2009 : NVC Case complete

05-26-2009 : Medical Complete

06-10-2009 : Interview- visa approved!

06-xx-2009 : Passport recieved
