Need help with I-130 question #22

I and my husband(US citizen) prepared all the paperwork together and we are about to send everything to the Chicago Lockbox.

We have I-131, I-485, I-693, I-765, I-864 and all the other documents, pictures, supporting documents etc etc etc all ready to go except the form I-130.

We just can't figure out how to fill in the question #22 for I-130 and decided to ask everyone here for help.

That is the last thing left. please help us.

It says,

"Complete the information below if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status. Your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in:___________(City) __________(State)"

I am the one who is filling adjustment of the status and I am living in the US with my husband.

We are planing to send everything (including I-130 and I-485) together to the Chicago Lockbox.

so.... We should fill in this question as Chicago, IL???????

I found example of I-130 but the sample left this question #22 as blank. wasn't filled.

I believe the answer to that is USCIS in your city ( USCIS local office )
