case transferred...where to send request for withdrawal and new petition?

I just got the notice that uscis has transferred my ex-wife's pending petition to remove conditions from the vermont service center to california. The problem is that we just had our divorce finalized, and she was planning on sending in a new petition with a waiver, filing as divorced, and withdrawing the initial one. Now, where should she send this new petition and request for withdraway, to vermont or california?

Anyone know what we should do exactly?

She has to send a new one with the waiver.

She has to send it to VSC.

By the way, what was the RD (Receipt Date) of the first I-751 application?

AOS:
