I get threw to Vermont today and was told my case was looked at today and in the next FEW days i should have my RFE........I hope this is not them pulling my chain its been 3 months now with no touches EVER and i did check online status and it still shows no touches... but the guy did say it was looked at today and they will be sending me a RFE!!

RAZOR and IGOR...if they did find us in that NOA1 pile from march_ today could be our lucky day!!

I just spoke with Vermont also, and lady told me that RFE for my case was prepared right now and I should get it very soon!!!

After reading your post I decided to call I spoke to a lady at vsc she told me she spoke to another girl who explained the IMBRA thing to her I was wondering if it was you I started to chuckle anyhow she said that my case has not been touched yet but she also said that she does not see any problems with my case she said that they have a huge backlog

I talked with a man today.....he just said it was reviewed today and they will be sending a RFE out in the next few days.... I hope this is true and he didn't just say it to get me off his back! If they found me in that pile you and igor have to be coming soon its only the 3 of us left in noa1 for march..... I hope it comes soon for you Kelle

Lol, I just called also, and the girl said that her last three calls asked the same question, it must have been you. She said that my case also has not been active, and that there is a big backlog. she said she doesn't know in what order these are being sent out.

if you are calling VSC-how do you have a phone number for them?

FYI-I had to explain what IMBRA was to a woman at USCIS the other day-she was telling me it had NOTHING to do with K-1 visas

I used the numbers mike left in the imbra post and it took me to vermont...the pick up and say VERMONT

Then press 1-2-6-1

Enter Receipt Number

Then press 3-2-1

although i never got to do the last 3 numbers......but they do pick up and say its VSC

Cool-- I'd been skeptical about the 'Vermont method', but it worked this time!

The woman I spoke to was very nice-- she thinks that our petition is at Vermont now, since our file has been recalled from storage. So that's a good sign. She didn't know when RFEs were going to go out; it seems that every file will be reexaamined rather than a mass mailing to all of us on hold. But when I asked if the fact that my petition had been sent back a month ago without officially being received again at Vermont was normal, she laughed and said, "Well, nothing is really normal right now." But she didn't think I should be concerned just yet.

So im all excited and i get ahold of stephen to tell him the good news about talking to vermont... im not gonna trash him cuz i love him way to much..BUT i will say its really hard to compete with my news and the fact england just won the spot in the worldcup hes been waiting for!! I just dont get the sports thing!
